Adidas Originals ZX700 – Aluminum/Purple
Addressing the needs in the field of running is one of Adidas’ main concerns with its Originals. Engineered to perfection, Adidas running shoes were designed to track off-road trails and even combat elements such as heat and rain.
The next Adidas Originals ZX700 was built with an upper from a few tones of Grey, or Aluminum as it is called in this colorway, in a mixture of materials. The primary part which is the toe cap was done up in suede, the toe was covered by a Ripstop nylon, and the 3 Stripes comes in leather. Grey suede also wraps up the heel with a textured Grey leather patch while Purple made up the collar. Inside is a Black inner liner which responds the outsole for a match call.
With regards to logo and branding, a Grey Adidas leaf logo is present on the tongue and one discretely embossed on the collar. Adidas was etched on the plastic cap on the heel while the vintage-colored midsole had it embossed.
This simple combination makes the Adidas Originals ZX700 look simple while it serves its purpose in keeping the foot secured and stable while the wearer has engaged in an active sport and even lifestyle.
